[Official Release] repo-smith is now on version v1.0.0! 🎉 🎉

I have been working to improve the repo-smith library:

1. Moving all parsing + execution logic to individual Step sub-types for easier extension
2. Introducing exhaustive unit testing for all components
3. Introducing (near) exhaustive integration testing for all components

This brings us from v0.11.3 to v1.0.0, our very first major release of the project!
