filter date by same day as my timezone

hi im using date fns now and im trying to filter timestamp that were created the same day and i cant find anything to help me with that im using javascript, im working on a projects of trading and i need to show all the trades that were made the same day so they all have a timestamp but i need to show only the ones of the same day and same goes for the other days
