"Owner is being deleted, so new repository cannot be created" Error

Hi,

I want to make a new repository on GitHub, I made many repositories before but this repository have something different. When I go to new repository page and fill the fields then push create button, it doesn't create but it gives me this error "Owner is being deleted, so new repository cannot be created"

Notice that, I tried three common solutions:

1. Cleaning browser cache
2. Logged out then Logged in again
3. Refreshed the site

Under your repository name, click Settings. If you cannot see the "Settings" tab, select the dropdown menu, then click Settings. At the bottom of the page, in the "Danger Zone" section, click Transfer. Read the information about transferring a repository, then, under "New owner", choose how to specify the new owner.

Hello, @yassinelshaiatany I think you should check if the repository is already forked on your account or not sometimes this thing also creates issues.

I contacted GitHub Support and they told me it's a message left on my account during an operation failure, they removed it from their end and the problem solved.
