Hi @kaden-young 👋 We've updated our application and re-verification process to ensure that GitHub and our partners can offer exceptional, free benefits to students worldwide during their academic journey. With this update, when you submit your application, you'll have your academic affiliation verified and gain access to Global Campus right away. Your educational benefits will arrive within 72 hours of this verification. However, during busy periods like the start of a new semester, it may take a bit longer. You’ll get an email notification once your academic benefits are ready, or you can check your status here. I can see you have been granted the academic benefits and that we ask you to please re-try authenticating via your IDE. If you run into any further issues, please reply back in detail with any useful screenshots. |

I have the same problem and I can't resolve. I logged with my student account verified and vscode say [INFO] [auth] [2023-10-08T02:10:55.392Z] Invalid copilot token: missing token: 403 |

Same issue here but in JetBrains IntelliJ. Reverified my academic status on October 7th. Getting the message
Tried reinstalling the plugin to no avail. I don't see anywhere in the plugin settings to log out and back in - thought an uninstall would log me out, but when the plugin was reinstalled it still remembered my account. Edit: Got it to work by following the Copilot sign up flow. Clicking through to "purchase a subscription" (can't remember the wording) prompted that I have access to Copilot for free and it was just one or two clicks from there to switch it back on. From there, I just had to re-enable Copilot in my IDE and it just worked. |

I have also tried doing the learning module and it fails in the codespace as well.
