Issues showing "Preview" badge with no additional context taking up valuable space

A "preview" badge is taking up my whole row above issues, with no info about some opt-in feature and/or feedback link, and chance to turn it off. I don't know why it's there, what feature it is related to, only know I want it gone as it serves no purpose to me, just wasting the whole line in UI:

NB: There's nothing in preview feature settings in my profile that can be turned off to get rid of this. I see no preview feature listed there, linked to this FWIW.
