[Generate Docs, Python] Docstring generated at wrong location if method's arguments split to multiple lines

This is about Copilot in VSCode on Ubuntu.

Consider the following class method code:

    def foo(
        arg1: type1,
        arg2: type2,
    ):

        # first instruction

Now I place the cursor in the whitespace line between ): and # first instruction, do a Right Click > Copilot > Generate Docs.

Expected:

    def foo(
        arg1: type1,
        arg2: type2,
    ):
        """
        Copilot's docstring
        """
        # first instruction

Instead I get this:

    def foo(
        """
        Copilot's docstring
        """
        arg1: type1,
        arg2: type2,
    ):

        # first instruction
