i want your help in creating a bot for my discord server which is for GTA V game. Like Theres treasure appears in your mobile in game which is a picture of a location and we
have to find. i want a bot so that i can easily find the treasure just by putting the image of the place and the bot replies with the location on the map. I have all the treasure photos and location on the map in an Excel File. Please Help me Out

For developing this bot, you have to use Python.
You can use pandas library for reading the Excel file containing treasure photos and locations.
And also you have to use opencv for image processing and comparison.
Additionally you can use numpy for handling image data in a more efficient manner.

You dont have to use Python. You can but there's a variety of other languages that Discord supports.
