Copilot Live Workspace Completions Not Working (VSCode)

I'm working in VSCode and in-workspace completions have stopped working recently. However, the chat interface still works. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the extension, deleted the caches, etc.

I'm working on a Macbook (Sonoma 14.6) and have restarted the computer, checked the system time is correct and made sure that all my certificates are still valid.

Here's the output:
