When I do update my Python Programmer's Glossary Bible. I will have a pretty
thick book; probably thicker than store bought programmer's manual. I have
twice the Python examples than my book has right now, and it has a lot of
Python program examples as is. Just imagine what I have now? I'm heading
into my seventh year, this Christmas day coming. When I wrote my Python
book, I was just three short years into Python programming. Since then, I have
learned and wrote a lot of Python code as can be seen throughout my videos.
In here, and on GitHub.com. Yet, there is still all so much I need to learn about
Python programming in general. It's a programming language that evolves and
the programmer's who made it keep adding things to it. Python will always be
way ahead of me. All I can do is keep up with it as much as possible. There
are things, I still have trouble understanding with this Object Oriented Programming
language. But the more I understand is the more I can teach us all. There are
others who run complete circles around me. What I do not show here, you can
find it from someone else. Programming in general is infinite. It has no end in
sight. I will never ever stop learning Python, no matter how much I do know, there
is always something I might never ever know about it. I can only master Python
as much as I can possibly understand it; there is always, always a faster cowboy
out there. I'm a fast cowboy, but there are much faster ones than I. Programming
is amazing in that since that no one will ever, truly know everything about it. There
is always, always a much faster cowboy out there. So anyone, who learns this
Python stuff, don't ever feel stupid because of something you either don't know,
or didn't know or have trouble grasping on something about Python, even if you
are seasoned. Because Python or any other programming language is infinite; it
never ever ends. Every day, I'm always learning something brand new, or finally
understanding something, I once had trouble grappling with, such as classes,
the super( ) function and class constructors, which are still hard to grapple with
at times. There is so much I need to learn and so much I will never learn. Welcome
to the wonderful world of computer programming. Because that's just what it's
all about.
