non-collection images

Hey friends, I'm trying to get an image to display on an interpretive page that isn't in the collection (from an external URL), but every time I try the image include from the Feature Options page (https://collectionbuilder.github.io/collectionbuilder-gh/feature_options.html) I just get a link and not an embedded image. I had tried having the non-collection image in my google drive, but saw in other response that that wouldn't work, so I tried google photos, but that's also rendering as a link and not an embedded image.

What platforms do people recommend for hosting decorative images like this?

Ok, ok, figured it out. Made a new repository and used these instructions: https://medium.com/@jeftachibiya360/how-to-host-images-for-your-website-on-github-a98d917284c5. THAT got it to embed correctly

@KFL-Exhibits yeah, that is one method--just putting the image somewhere else (such as another github repository) and use the full URL. Just as a note for others, you can also always do it with images in the project you are working in. In your CB-GH project repository you can put other (non-collection) images or other files in the "objects" folder or other folder in your project. Then in your include you can use a relative link to the file. For example, if we have an image "example001.jpg" and put it in the "objects/" folder in our CB project repository, the relative link would be /objects/example001.jpg. You can use it in an include like:
