Temporary notice regarding pull requests during hackathon participation

Hi everyone,

I’m currently participating in the Microsoft AI Dev Days Global Hackathon with work related to this project.

At the moment, no external pull requests have been accepted or merged into the hackathon-related submission work.

Because the official rules include a strict ownership requirement, I want to be careful until the hackathon submission and review process is complete.

Relevant rule

From the official rules, under Submission ownership:

Each Submission must be the original work of the Entrant, be solely owned by the Entrant, and not violate the IP rights of any other person or entity. You must have obtained all consents, approvals, or licenses required for you to submit your Submission.

Contribution note

To avoid any ambiguity regarding ownership and eligibility during the hackathon period, I may defer reviewing, accepting, or merging external pull requests until the submission and review window has passed.
