I recently upgraded from 1.12 to 1.14 and I think I see a changed behavior when triggering a reindex. In version 1.12 I could call http://127.0.0.1:5000/reindex to trigger a reindex, but it doesn't seem to work in 1.14. I'm getting a "Reindex triggered" response back but beyond that I can't see that a reindexing is taking place. I don't see anything in the container logs either indicating that a reindexing is actually starting. Using opengrok/docker if that matters.
I haven't found any clues in the documentation either, but it's possible I just missed it.

Thank's 🙏
