fix: missing test scripts

Test Harness Upgrade

Improved test functionality for external contributors

• Removed browser functionality test (browser functionality is no longer supported)
• Fast and loose test variant for improved developer experience
• Runs all .spec.ts unit tests located within any tests folder under the top level lib

Important: Incorporate the circular dependency fix #392 before merging. Otherwise running npm run test:fast before building will trigger dependency error.
