Currently, native-image sometimes adds additional entries on the application module path, which we don't want to parse with the
DynamicAccessAnalysisPhase. In this PR, we filter out the non-user class and module path entries collected by-H:TrackDynamicAccess=all.Also in this PR, we make the method
com.oracle.svm.hosted.NativeImageClassLoaderSupport#getModulePathsFinderpublic, so we can use it to resolve module path entries, given their module names, outside ofNativeImageClassLoaderSupport.
