how can i add the LLM Provider "deepseek"

Summary

I saw that the LLM configuration list had an option for "deepseek" ;

and i add the url "https://api.deepseek.com/v1" and the api key and save;

when i want to enabled the deepseek LLM, i found the url of deepseek have changed with "https://api.deepseek.com/beta"

then save the configure issue the wrong url of LLM
