SYS AuthN: Error is bad

Summary

If a user tries to authenticate as SYS, a poor message is returned:

Steps To Reproduce

1. Config Database
2. Use SYS as the username
3. Get error "You've found a bug.."

Expected Behavior

Message should be more on the lines of "you can't use that user"...
