If we know that the Browser/Kiwix prefered languaged (information already shared) is - for example - French. Then, it would be advantageouse that per default:

• Video filter is set to French
• Video subtitle in French are displayed

If the user changes this once, might be good to remember this so it then does not have to do it each time.
