SSO Account page - change 'Primary App' button to say 'Seed-to-Sale App' + remove 2 sentences when service is visible #4

Issue 1

on the Account page on SSO
there is a button that gets you into the main app (called "Primary App (app.openthc.com)")
and this confuses people sometimes
so changing it to 'Seed-to-Sale App' might reduce some confusion for folks that end up on the Account Page on SSO for whatever reason

Issue 2

the 'Service Connections' box says there are no service connections even when a service is visible (i.e Primary App)
so we need remove the mention of no service connections when a service connection is found
