How to reproduce the issue?

In the process of removing OPNVKarte as a featured layer, I noticed that the credits are being translated. As an example, the Cycle Map and Transport Map layers are courtesy of Энди Аллан, অ্যান্ডি অ্যালান, Andyho Allana and other names. It's not clear how you translate names, and in the case of MeMoMaps, it was a company name that should not be translated.

This is also an issue with the Humanitarian layer, where organization names are being translated to languages they do not have a name in.

Энди Аллан, অ্যান্ডি অ্যালান, Andyho Allana and other names

😄 Personally I don't mind this too much. I know that for some languages, transliteration helps enormously. I also know that in some languages, formal names need to be conjugated to work in a sentence (e.g. in Polish, I know that Andy'ego Allana is grammatically required here, but Andy Allan would be fine in Polish in other grammatical situations).

We currently don't have anything that is forbidden from being translated, and we leave it to our translators to use their best judgement on a case-by-case basis. In translatewiki, there is the qqq language, which is used for translators notes. These are already in extensive use by our translators to provide guidance to other translators (e.g. explaining the context) and this would be the right place to put any information about not translating (but still allowing e.g. transliterating) certain labels.

I don't think there's anything to fix here in the general case, but I'm interested in other opinions.

What's being shown right now is grammatically incorrect in Russian:

Тайлы предоставлены Энди Аллан

correct:

Тайлы предоставлены Энди Алланом
