No confirmation e-mail is being sent

If in Magento backend under System > Configuration > Payment Methods > Credit Cards (via Saferpay E-Commerce) the "Payment Action" is set to "Authorize Only (Reservation)", no e-mail order confirmation is being sent on the checkout success page. You have to click the "Invoice" button on the top of the order details page and then select "Capture Online" on the bottom of the page.

So if you want to send your customers an order confirmation right away, you will have to set the Payment Action to "Authorize and Capture (Booking)".

As of version 1.0.7 the order e-mail confirmation will now be sent for all payment actions, i.e. both authorize and capture.
