New dashboard: user doesn't know the status of new pipeline

Issue Overview

User doen't know what is the current status of a new pipeline/new build until the Build Image stage finishes successfully and the application is deployed to the stage environment.

If the build fails, the dashboard will be displaying spinner forever.

Expected Behaviour

User knows the status of new pipeline/build at each moment.

Current Behaviour

Steps To Reproduce

1. switch to experimental features
2. create a new space and a new pipeline
3. open space dashboard/Analyze page

Additional Information

Because of #4649 it's not possible to navigate to pipelines view easily.

@serenamarie125 I forgot about that change, that should solve this issue nicely. Can you link to the issue with that is tracking that design?

@joshuawilson I'm removing team/ux label since we have a design ( and associated code ) which solves the issue.
