Research current use of username and full name & provide a consistent design throughout the product

Currently, username and full name are shown throughout OSIO. We display it different in different areas of the UI, and often do not support filtering consistently either.

As part of this issue, identify all areas in the UI which username and full name are displayed as well as filtered on, and suggest a consistent design to alleviate the issues.

Things to think about:

• when displayed in a dropdown for filtering, should username & full name be both shown
• if so, when displayed in a dropdown for filtering, should username & full name match for type ahead
• when displayed in a list view, should both username and full name be shown as separate columns, so that they are sortable
• is avatar shown with username at all times
