Provide content recommendations for mission section of the launcher

Background: During testing, the concept of mission actually was fairly well understood, but what each of them did was less clear. They defaulted to “Blank Mission” because of that.

Note: We should do a better job of explaining the goal of the mission (that is, the mission demonstrates a type of app).
