Mockups for notification service to the user

Description
We need to implement the UI for newer versions notifications. Here we would need the following things covered:

1. Have the Git url
   2. Have a table for the direct & transitive dependencies. [ Sl num, eco system, name, existing version, newer version ]
   3. Link to the GH pull request
2. Apart from this, we need 2 options for the codebbases page where we either have 1 toggle button or 2 toggle buttons
   1. Current toggle: Security Alert
   2. Desired Single Toggle: Notification & Collaboration [ on / off ] Double Toggle: Email Notification [on/off] , Github Collaboration [on/off]

UX task

• Modify the email notification mockup to include the new changes as mentioned in point 1.
• Comeup with mockup screens with the toggle options as mentioned in point 2.
