To change refresh interval and scheduler mode, current cx is two pass, 1. Alter statement changes auto to manual 2. Alter statement change back to auto with a different interval / scheduler mode

What solution would you like?

Change refresh interval in one pass when scheduler mode is external
Change scheduler mode also in one pass
