[FEATURE][DOCS] Documentation missing for transforms API in opensearch-py

OSB repo has areas where transform API is outdated. The current opensearch-py documentation doesn't have an official section on how to use the transforms API.

Introduce transform API section in documentation

The APIs are missing from the spec (and consequently from the client and its documentation). This is part of opensearch-project/opensearch-api-specification#168. Interested in contributing? You'd start with the spec, and the Python client will get auto-generated automatically.
