The opensearch-dsl-py client has been deprecated since 2.1.0. Time to archive it.

What users have asked for this feature?

Users are still confused what python client to use.

What problems are you trying to solve?

Have one less client.

What is the developer experience going to be?

Use opensearch-py.

Are there any security considerations?

None, we haven't patched/released anything from this repo in months.

Are there any breaking changes to the API

No.

What is the user experience going to be?

One less client.

Are there breaking changes to the User Experience?

No.

Why should it be built? Any reason not to?

None.

What will it take to execute?

1. Update README to say that the repo is now archived vs. what it says now, that the client is deprecated.
2. Resolve any open issues/close PRs.
3. Archive this repo.
