What new features we need to add for Scatter chart?

Hi @anirudha, @btzeng , @mengweieric

We are implementing scatter chart, but in that we can see the similar chart style options available, which is already present in the line chart, and we can see same chart as line chart.

Here I am attaching video, In that you can see scatter chart and its option, and at the end of video we can see line chart and its options which are same.

So can we go ahead with this chart type implementation?
