[UI BUG] chart selection and tabs in the side panel should not scroll

What is the bug?
chart selection and tabs in the side panel should not scroll, they should anchor on fix position (on top)

How can one reproduce the bug?
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run any query from event analytics
2. Check the right most panel. Visualization select tab and below tab should not scroll.

What is the expected behavior?
chart selection and tabs in the side panel should not scroll

We have tested it on different resolution. It works fine on our end. Please let me know if anything needs to change here.
