Is your feature request related to a problem?
If there are multiple indices under a data stream, and satisfy the rollover condition, there will be multiple new indices created by rollover action on those indices.

What solution would you like?
If the index is not the newest index under the data stream, ISM should be able to just skip the rollover action.
