[FEATURE] Enhancements for alias action UX

Is your feature request related to a problem?
[ ] Currently, adding and removing aliases is configured under the same action, Add / remove aliases. Separate adding and removing into different actions.
[ ] Currently, the add/remove alias combo boxes will clear any inputs when hidden by clicking the toggle switch. Implement a caching mechanism to retain the inputs while hidden, so the inputs are still present if the combo box is toggled to display again. If hidden, any inputs should not be included when creating the action.
[ ] Implement mechanism to get all aliases currently configured on the cluster, and populate the add/remove alias combo boxes with those options.
