[Enhancement] Index management – provide additional information on index mappings, storage tiers, any errors on index rotation, etc..

The current index management shows indices based on storage tiers, and it is lacking to show any information on errors it may encounter during the rotation policy. It is difficult to move around tabs to find out the indices.

Describe the solution you'd like

The storage tier could be a filter, as in listing the dashboard objects at “stack management”. A clickable action on indices could open a tray, as in the Observability plugin, to show the index metadata including the status, storage tier, mappings, attached policies, any errors, etc.
