Make "Managed by Policy" field sortable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In index Management, there are 2 views for indices:

• Managed Indices
• Indices

In Indices we cannot sort by the field "Managed by Policy"

Describe the solution you'd like
We would like this field to be made sortable, so we can easily overview which indices do not have a policy.
