[FEATURE] Support i18n for OpenSearch documentation

Is your feature request related to a problem?
OpenSearch documents support only English now.

What solution would you like?
Would you please support i18n so that you can accept translations of documents in different languages?

What alternatives have you considered?
It is possible to fork an existing document and host the translated document on your own.

On the other hand, I aware OpenSearch is a community-based product.
In my opinion, it is better to flexibly accept pull requests on the OpenSearch side.

Do you have any additional context?
For example, Elasticsearch has published Japanese references and user guides in past versions.

Amazon OpenSearch Service also publishes documents in multiple languages (probably by machine translation).
