What is the bug?
A clear and concise description of the bug.

I've created new application in observability, when I try to open it I see empty page

How can one reproduce the bug?
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create new application - set services and logs
  2. Go to application created in previous point
  3. Page is blank

What is the expected behavior?
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Application details should be visible

What is your host/environment?

  • OS: [e.g. iOS] Windows 11
  • Version [e.g. 22] OpenSearch 2.15
  • Plugins

The same issue was reproduced by us after upgrading from 2.13 to 2.15, including with a clean 2.15 installation trying to show OpenTelemetry traces and logs ingested with DataPrepper.
We had to do a version rollback (doing a clean install in our QA environment since we learned the hard way OpenSearch doesn't allow versions to be downgraded)
