Render error in modal dialog when testing messages

Rendering errors not working properly when testing messages for notification channels,

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create/edit a channel under notification
2. Select the Actions button and send a test message
3. The error should be rendered in a modal dialog

Expected behavior
The user should see the entire error log.
