Is your feature request related to a problem?

Add support to cluster points at lower zoom level. This can be done using cluster styling from Maplibre,
without backend aggregations.

What solution would you like?

Ability so see cluster at lower zoom level than showing all points which are not useful.

What alternatives have you considered?

N/A
