Support creating alert in the chat window as a follow-up question of alert analysis

See the expected results of creating alert in chatbot:

What solution would you like?
Add a new specified component for this feature and registers it in assistant-dashboard.

What alternatives have you considered?
I've thought reusing the component of AddAlertingMonitor from FeatureAnyWhere. But it's deeply binding with visualization embedding, and it doesn't show data source info which is very important for an alert.
