[BUG] The playground/LiveDemo seems to be down at playground.opensearch.org

Describe the bug
The LiveDemo site doesn't seem to work. If I visit https://playground.opensearch.org I see a red banner saying 'OpenSearch Dashboards did not load properly. Check the server output for more information.'

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://playground.opensearch.org
2. See error

@atleta I was unable to repro this error, and https://playground.opensearch.org/ operates correctly for me. Perhaps some more information would help us debug:

• What browser (and version) are you using?
• Would it be possible to post a dump or screenshot of the browser's console output?

@atleta this message comes when the OSD is getting started. This should be a transient issue and should get resolved after some time automatically when OpenSearch Dashboard is started properly.

@atleta according to the screenshot, it seems like that transient issue, we saw <2 minutes transient issue in 02/22. but seems like that related to ad blocker which you mentioned below.

In other such cases, it can also be due to an ad blocker which is blocking requests.

I'm still seeing it. I didn't name browser, because the error message said to check the server logs. But it's firefox v110.0. Looking at the console revealed that one of your scripts was blocked by Ghostery:

After allowing it it started to work. I don't know if this is a case that you can detect as not being a server side error, but the error message is pretty misleading.

We have an open issue for this in opensearch-project/OpenSearch-Dashboards#3181 and opensearch-project/OpenSearch-Dashboards#974
