Dashboard management -> Saved Object inspect link missing /app

Describe the bug

In Dashboard management -> Saved objects table, the Inspect saved object button redirects to an invalid URL. It seems it's missing the /app at the beginning.

Show the saved object definition

Dashboards Version
v2.18.0

This can be replicated in a vanilla installation and also in Opensearch Playground.
