Describe the bug
The data source selector will render all options if all data sources are filtered out

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. add filter function as prop for the data source selector component to filter out all possible data sources
  2. the data source drop down will show all available data sources

Expected behavior
The data source selector should filter the options and render empty if no options satisfy the condition
