Describe the bug

When fetching the data via visualization on OSD, number of fetched records is restricted to 1000. We tried various date ranges but all have the same issue.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

OpenSearch Version
v2.3.0

Dashboards Version
v2.3.0

@ptandon91 can you please share some information about the visualization and perhaps anything you find by examining the request that was sent from the browser to fetch the data. You can find this by visiting the Network tab of your browser's Developer Tools.
