Generated Share links intermittently gives 502 error

Describe the bug

When generating the share links through OSD, links result in 502 Errors. This happens intermittently and gets very frustrating to deal with. We have tried monitoring the logs but do not see any trace of what could have led to the failure. Could someone please help with this?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to OpenSearch Dashboard
2. Generate share link
3. Open the share link in a new tab or window
4. See 502 error with intermittent requests

v2.3.0

@abbyhu2000 Not investigated on that. But we are working with OS v2.3 currently and need to understand if there is a way to resolve this issue. We have started support for OS v2.11. Do you know if the fix is available in 2.11?
