[Feature][Feedback] Monospace font in the Discover view

Describe the solution you'd like

The old discover view used a monospace font to display data and I think that was much more readable.

Describe alternatives you've considered

At least add an advanced configuration option to allow enabling a monospace font, or decide which font to use.

I think we should start by updating the data grid component to use our code font instead of our body font
