Describe the bug
The saved search is render incorrectly when time picker is changed from a longer time period to a shorter time period. It leaves a lot of white space.

Also the saved search default row is rendering 100 lines on dashboard page, it feels like too much space for me(100 lines take almost an entire page). Previously the saved search render much less rows than that and does not take so much space.

How did the old discover do it?

It seems like the old discover use a fixed window size with a scrolling view, but the max window size is about 8 lines, and one page is 50 lines max.

This might be a reason why #5137 is still an issue for some. Its not a blocker for 2.11 in my opinion, but somethig that we need to fix for users.
