If We're Going to End Up Creating Multiple React Apps of Same Styling, Does It Make Sense to Use nwb or Similar?

nwb seems to be a dead library whose purpose was to make it easy to build multiple react apps of a similar styling in order to build consistency across React apps. If we end up creating several front-ends for various purposes with the same branding, would it make sense to use this? Or rather, a suitable non-dead alternative?
