Description

In an effort to support data privacy, open source, and antitrust efforts, it would be a good idea to move from Google Analytics to a more privacy-centric and open source alternative platform.

Considerations

• We should have a clear point of view on what specific metrics we want/need to track for the success of the site specifically and OpenOakland as a whole.
• Access needs to be manageable by a volunteer leadership team.
