H4 styling missing #72

H1..H3 receive styling from style.css
H4 does not and is thereby bigger and darker.

needs to be fixed in ESH and OH2 docs

For personal reference, I will soon create a PR with the following:

H4 and H5 (just in case)
H4: scroll to anchor not working
fix violated lists (see linux.md) section.text ul { margin: 0px 0px 20px; }
visual separator Add visual separators to menu #71
visual separator in text: example
fix ESH logo responsive misbehavior
add materialize card include and possibly others (add/update first page)
