Déplacer l’item burger menu tout à gauche
Rendre cliquable en même temps le logo Opengento et le title OpenGento
Supprimer le logo dans le footer et la colonne aussi, et utiliser l’espace restant réparti sur les 3 autres colonnes
Sur mobile, le menu du haut : Burger à mettre à gauche, Logo+Title à centrer
