Currently, we calculate maximum allow apparent power for lines by S = sqrt(3) * I_max_th * U_N. We take this value to assess if a line's current carrying capacity is exceeded.
In a discussion with @jochenbuehler and @birgits we starting doubting to use U_N the calculation method. @jochenbuehler says we have to apply the operational voltage at the respective line to calculate apparent power, but he is not sure.
